CONSINEE & PITTI UOMO | The Body Is A Playground grandly launched!
When the ancient streets and alleys of Florence, Italy meet avant-garde fashion, the 108th PITTI UOMO is setting off a new wave of trend storm! On June 17, 2025, as the only Asian company invited to participate in PITTI FILATI&PITTI UOMO for 8 consecutive years, the Consinee Group made a stunning debut with its bold declaration of the new project "The Body Is A Playground". Under the leadership of the group's chairman and president, Xue Jingli, they redefined freedom of dress with a groundbreaking fashion experiment!
The re exhibition of Chinese company Consinee has attracted the attention and strong coverage of many official and fashion media. Florence Airport in Italy is filled with huge CONSINEE billboards welcoming "old friends" back. As the first Chinese company in the history of PITTI, CONSINEE was included in the PITTI special promotion event schedule and featured in a special report; The Italian fashion magazine LA FRECCLA has also opened a full page column reporting, further enhancing the brand's exposure. As an outstanding representative of China's fashion industry, Consinee not only excels in product innovation, but also showcases the strength and charm of Chinese brands on the international stage.
This time, Consinee teamed up with fashion critic and curator Angelo Flaccavento to plan and collaborate with fashion designer Luca D'Alena to create a series of knitted capsules, focusing on the relationship between clothing and the body, movement and the body. The Body Is A Playground celebrates the daily act of dressing, transforming it into a continuous ritual of storytelling and self reconstruction, showcasing the never-ending poetic dialogue between the body and clothing.
This series consists of modular, extensible, and visually rich clothing. Prototype clothing such as round neck or V-neck sweaters, polo shirts, vests, cardigans, robes, etc. are divided into multiple structural modules, presenting various wearing styles and changes in layered weight through different transparency and density comparisons. Each piece of clothing is actually composed of multiple independent parts, which can be stacked layer by layer to form a complete form or remain at any stage. Simplicity becomes complex, single is deconstructed, and transformed into endless possibilities.
In order to vividly interpret this design concept and the game spirit contained therein, in addition to static display, Consinee will also bring a performance style release on June 18th, presenting the dynamics and fun of the creative process. Let's look forward to it together!
