Exploring new paths for intelligent manufacturing standards together! The 2025 Smart Manufacturing Standard Application Pilot Experience Exchange Conference was successfully held

On July 16, 2025, the "2025 Intelligent Manufacturing Standard Application Pilot Experience Exchange Conference" jointly organized by the Jiangbei District Market Supervision Administration of Ningbo City and Consinee Group Co., Ltd., hosted by the National Intelligent Manufacturing Standardization Overall Group and the China Electronics Technology Standardization Research Institute, was successfully held at the Ningbo Berlin Global Hotel. 139 representatives from various market supervision bureaus, industry and information technology regulatory departments, and pilot enterprises for intelligent manufacturing standard application gathered together to discuss new practices in the application of intelligent manufacturing standards. As a benchmark for intelligent manufacturing in the woolen industry, Consinee Group deeply shared the "Consinee experience" of standard implementation.

At the exchange meeting, Jin Guang, Quality Director of the Technical Quality Center of Consinee Group Co., Ltd., was invited to share his experience in the pilot application of standards for intelligent factories in the woolen industry. He introduced Consinee's achievements as a leading enterprise in intelligent manufacturing in the woolen industry, focusing on the "General Technical Requirements for Intelligent Factories" and building intelligent manufacturing systems. At the same time, multiple standard project proposals were put forward, providing replicable practical experience for the industry. After the meeting, Ningbo TV and Ningbo Evening News conducted a special interview with Mr. Jin.

This exchange meeting is not only a showcase of pilot experiences from various regions, but also a connector for standard collaboration. In addition to Consinee, representatives from China Electronics Standardization Institute and outstanding intelligent manufacturing enterprises from all over the country also shared their standard application practices in different industries. Representatives from regulatory departments in various regions had a lively discussion on the "measures to promote standard pilot programs at the local level".

After the conference, all participants went to visit and research the intelligent factory of Consinee Group, to experience its construction achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing on site. Through intuitive experience, they further understood Consinee's practice and innovation in intelligent production, operation management, and other aspects.

This exchange meeting has provided a good communication platform for all parties. As the organizer, Consinee Group fully demonstrated its practical achievements in the field of wool textile intelligent factories, further clarifying the future development direction in the application of intelligent manufacturing standards. In the future, Consinee will continue to deepen the construction of the "standard group", promote the popularization of textile equipment standardization through the Zhejiang Province Digital Economy Standardization Pilot Project, assist in the coordinated upgrading of the industrial chain, and contribute to the implementation of "wool spinning solutions" for intelligent manufacturing standards in more industries.
